New Bookings

1. Booking and Reservation: A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received and the service agreement is signed.

2. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. We accept payment via Credit/Debit, CashApp, or Zelle.

3. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require full payment of the agreed-upon fee.

4. Overtime Policy: If the client requests to extend the performance time on the day of the event, an overtime fee of $75 per 30 minutes (payable at the time of the request) will apply. Overtime is subject to the DJ’s availability and venue restrictions.

5. Event Requirements: The client agrees to provide a sturdy, level table and a dedicated power outlet within 10 feet of the setup area. For outdoor events, adequate overhead shelter must be provided to protect equipment from weather.

6. Liability & Behavior: The client is responsible for any equipment damage caused by guests. We reserve the right to cease performance if the environment becomes unsafe or if the DJ is subjected to physical or verbal abuse.
